The NFJPIA Region 6 Council

In order for the NFJPIA to be efficient in carrying out the tasks in Western Visayas, the Region VI - Regional Council (RVI-RC) was created in 1996. As part of the national federation, it continuously conforms to the organization's objectives and participates in NFJPIA activities such as the annual conventions and various national contests. It is tasked to initiate and supervise projects and activities in coordination with the national federation and to serve as a link of communication between the NFJPIA and Region VI.

The organization has in the past, organized seminars, symposia, conventions, quizbowls, and other inter-scholastic functions. It has likewise sponsored other projects intended to develop the members into well-rounded individuals and promote camaraderie among JPIAns. But more importantly, the NFJPIA RVI-RC unfailingly heeded to the call of social responsibility and civic consciousness by extending its arms to the members of the society trapped in the bondage of destitution.

It is worth to mention that the council hosted the 17th National Convention held in Bacolod City. It has showed once again the undying solidarity among the JPIANs all over the country as they continuously work together to bid for excellence in achieving the Federation's primary objective.
